Continue your education. Continue your career.
Consistently ranked in the top programs in the world, our synchronous, online program was one of the first of its kind.
Should you choose to study digital technologies, our emphasis on digital and emergent media will distinguish you among other graduates in the field and prepare you for a career at the digital frontier of library and information studies. For those planning to take the traditional libraries route, our ALA-accredited program will prepare you for field work in academic, public, school, and special libraries. Mostly offered in the evenings and weekends, synchronous online courses are conducted similarly to in-person courses with live lecture and discussion involving the instructor and your peers. Occasional select courses are offered in an asynchronous mode to allow for individualized instruction to meet busy schedules.
